          Know Your Local Laws

• It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the weapon or product is legal to own in your city/state.
• If your order cannot be completed due to conflict with your local or state laws, the order will be canceled and you will be responsible for all cancellation fees.
• If you reside in California, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, or New York, be sure to check your local and state laws and verify with your local gun dealer before buying to ensure this model meets your state requirements.
• Magazines that violate capacity laws will not be shipped. No substitution is guaranteed.
• If you are LEO or Military exempt, please let us know before purchasing or immediately after. A copy of your identification is required.

          Shipping

• Firearms are shipped to an FFL dealer only.
• We will ship upon receipt of full payment and copy of dealer’s FFL. 
•  It is your responsibility to contact your FFL dealer and ask them to send us their FFL to baysilahfirearms@gmail.com
• Bay Silah Firearms ships via UPS and USPS.
• No Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico or other non-contiguous US states.

          Product Availability

• Bay Silah Firearms has the right to cancel the sale at any time if its out of stock.

           Purchase Cancellations

             All cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee 

          Return Policy

• All sales are final. There are no refunds.
• If we shipped the wrong item, we will cover the return and redelivery shipping costs.
• Please inspect the firearm at your FFL’s location prior to completing the 4473 form. If you complete and sign the 4473 form, the firearm is now considered yours.
• If you are denied by the ATF or are unable to complete the transfer, there will be a 20% restocking fee on the return and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost back to us.
